THE CHALLENGE
Four Process, a third-generation, family-owned custom, precision plastic injection molder, was looking to better position itself among its target audience and increase opportunities to quote business. Though true to its roots and founding principles and values, the company’s logo and website did not accurately reflect what it provided to customers today and despite having a social media presence, the company was inactive.

OUR APPROACH
To help us understand Four Process’ business and heritage, we followed a proven brand development process—starting with a discovery session that provided insight and information we would use throughout our work. WayPoint then worked with graphic design partners to create new, more modern brand identity and updated current product photos. In addition, we used our internal resources and talent to identify modular, optimized website templates on which to build a new online presence.

Understanding the personal connection the leadership of Four Process has to the company, we sought to get their input and ideas on what the updated branding should convey and represent. In fact, we utilized concepts developed by Four Process to help inspire the graphic designers in their efforts.

Once we had an agreement on a new logo and color palette, our team began on developing a new, optimized website. Content was created from insight gathered during discovery and included key phrases valued by the company. And a mix of organic and custom imagery was used to show the breadth of services Four Process offers customers – a differentiator from competitors. 

With a website design complete, we began managing the back-end requirements to transfer domains and make the new site live. At the same time, we began developing a content calendar overview, highlighting topics to be featured each month. Topics include Four Process information and news, employee spotlights, national holidays, and industry news/trends.

Armed with a new brand and marketing communications foundation, Four Process now has a website that accurately reflects their business, is a hub for their overall online presence, and can be updated as the company continues to grow and help customers achieve success.
